This Educational On-Premise training course is an online program designed to teach participants how to detect intoxication in potential customers and properly check IDs to prevent underage service. The 2-3 hour long course also teaches alcohol servers how to refuse service to customers they believe cannot be served. Certification is valid for 1 year
Arizona liquor law does not require all employees of licensed establishments to have a Certificate of Completion for Basic Title 4 Training. A Basic Certificate of Completion is required in addition to a Management Certificate of Completion for all Owners, Agents, and Managers actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. Basic courses can be for off-sale, on-sale or both. Some counties and cities require approved alcohol servicer/seller training in some capacity where you need to enroll in a classroom course. You may complete this online course for employer-required training, to improve your effectiveness in serving or selling alcohol responsibly, or educational purposes. Although some states do not regulate these programs, many employers require one of our courses for certain positions or to qualify for an insurance discount.
