1. Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at zach@certificationexperts.com. We will process your refund promptly.

2. Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 72 hours of the date of purchase.
  • The course has not been completed or the certification exam has not been attempted.
  • The request for a refund is made by the individual who made the original purchase.

3. Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team by email or phone, as mentioned above. When you contact us, please provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Once we receive your request, we will review it and process the refund, usually within 14 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. It may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. No Refund Policy Exceptions:

  • Refunds will not be provided for users who have completed the course or attempted the certification exam.
  • Refunds will not be granted after the 72 hour satisfaction guarantee period has passed.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for users who only completed a portion of the course.

5. Technical Issues:

In the event of technical issues or difficulties accessing the course, we encourage users to contact our customer support team immediately. We are committed to resolving technical problems promptly, and if we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Modifications to the Refund Policy:

Certification Experts, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all purchases made after the effective date of the update.
