Washington State Class-12 Alcohol Server Permit (MAST)

This is a state‑mandated, required alcohol service training program for individuals working in restaurants, bars, hotels, in‑store tastings, and other locations where alcohol is served and consumed on site. Learners are advised that the course is hosted on a third‑party website and is certified by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB).
