1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Certification Experts, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality online training and excellent customer service. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact our support team at support@certificationexperts.com.

Because our courses are digital products that provide immediate access to proprietary training materials, all purchases are subject to the following refund and cancellation policy.

1.1 Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

1.) No course content has been accessed;
2.) No portion of the training has been started;
3.) No quizzes, assessments, or examinations have been attempted; 
4.) No certificate has been issued; and
5.) The request is submitted within a reasonable time after purchase.

Approval of any refund is solely at the discretion of Certification Experts, LLC.

1.2 Non-Refundable Purchases

All sales are final once a student has accessed any portion of the course or training materials.

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
  • The course has been started or accessed.
  • Any lesson, quiz, assessment, or examination has been completed or attempted.
  • A certificate of completion or certification has been issued.
  • The student fails to complete the course.
  • The student fails to pass any examination or assessment.
  • The student no longer requires the certification due to employment changes, licensing requirements, or other personal circumstances.
  • The purchase was made in error after access to the course was provided.
  • The student chooses not to continue the training after receiving access.
  • The student does not complete the course before any applicable deadline or expiration.

1.3 Duplicate Purchases and Billing Errors

If a customer is charged more than once for the same course or a verified billing error has occurred, Certification Experts, LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or account credit for the duplicate or erroneous charge.

1.4 Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@certificationexperts.com.

Certification Experts, LLC reserves the right to request additional information or documentation when evaluating a refund request. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

1.5 Order Cancellations

Because access to digital course materials is provided immediately after purchase, orders generally cannot be cancelled once course access has been granted.

If a cancellation request is received before course access has been provided, Certification Experts, LLC may cancel the order and issue a refund at its sole discretion.

Any course-specific cancellation terms provided with a particular Product or Service will take precedence over this general policy where applicable.
